Commercial Relationship Manager for Business Development in Central Italy

As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial clients in the central region of Italy. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will have the opportunity to carry out business development activities, manage client accounts, and implement training programs to support sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial banking products and services, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. You will also possess a deep knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with proficiency in English (B1 level) being a requirement.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients in the central region of Italy
- Carry out business development activities to acquire new customers and grow existing ones
- Manage client accounts, including account activation, installation, and customer care activities
- Implement training programs to support sales teams and ensure product knowledge
- Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies to improve client engagement and retention
