About the Role

Headout LI is seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Manager to join our Business Team in Italy. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our top suppliers in Italy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key supply partners in the region
  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies alongside the General Manager and Growth teams
  • Lead a top-tier operational setup and represent Headout as the face of the company in Italy
  • Report directly to the General Manager, Italy

What You'll Achieve

">

You will be responsible for launching new initiatives, onboarding supply partners, expanding our offerings, and managing distribution-side partnerships in the Italy region. This will involve cultivating relationships with supply partners and growing key accounts to scale them to higher revenues.

Requirements

">
  • Native Italian and fluent English speaker, based in Italy (preferably Rome)
  • 2-5 years in business development, sales, or key account management
  • Expertise in managing both external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong operational skills with a hands-on approach
  • Analytical, with excellent communication skills and a global mindset
  • Team player who thrives in diverse, multicultural environments
  • Experience with CRM systems and a willingness to learn new tools

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with additional benefits including a comprehensive health insurance package, flexible working hours, and professional growth opportunities.
