Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Regions Team at Glovo Italy. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and success in the region.
About the RoleIn this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for scouting and building a prospect portfolio from scratch, negotiating with local restaurants to deliver excellent service to our customers. You will lead from the front in closing deals, onboarding partners, and ensuring a smooth transition from acquisition to account management. Your monthly objectives will be defined by the Head of Region, and you will work closely with the Account Management Team to coordinate Sales Plans.
Requirements- A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-performance sales, dealing with complex deals and senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong communication abilities with capacity to influence and drive change.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills in assessing partner business data.
- Sales hunger is a must, and you may never take a no for an answer.
- An estimated salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
