About the Role
">As a Regional Business Development Specialist for our Campania region in Italy, you will play a key role in developing long-term stakeholder relationships and driving business growth. You will be responsible for building and protecting brand reputation, identifying opportunities, and drafting proposals to engage with key decision makers.
">Your Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain trust relationships with key regional accounts and stakeholders to increase product awareness and establish high-level scientific relationships;">
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements;">
- Develop key account strategies to contribute to meeting Seqirus objectives;">
- Promote Seqirus products and manage tender business development to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory;">
- Recommend appropriate tactics for effective engagement and to raise awareness and strengthen Seqirus reputation with key decision makers;">
- Maintain contact programs and a regular meeting stakeholder schedule;">
- Prepare high-quality briefing materials for any specific audience;">
- Identify opportunities and draft proposals for stakeholder engagement;">
- Drive setup, deployment, and maintenance of customized CRM, assessing information and acting on it where necessary;">
- Support the development and execution of portfolio-based programs, ensuring alignment of marketing and medical strategies to achieve overall business objectives;">
- Assure budget compliance;">
- Collaborate and engage with Medical Affairs for the implementation of tactics and the organization of trainings and routine updating of the scientific background;">
- Provide input to Marketing and Medical Affairs for aligning and maximizing efforts;">
- Deliver oral and written communications, develops and makes presentations to commercial management and other internal groups and stakeholders, as needed;">
- Support Business Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance for any related needs;">
- Represent Seqirus at relevant stakeholder meetings, deputizing for more senior members of the team if required;">
- Carry out any other duties and projects as required by General Manager Italy;">
- Ensure full compliance as outlined by the Seqirus SOPs;">
What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
