Customer Relationship Specialist
Principali attività:
La risorsa, a stretto contatto con il responsabile d’area, ha l'obiettivo di offrire la migliore
customer experience, gestendo le richieste d’informazione e supportando il cliente in tutte
le fasi del processo d’acquisto.
In particolare si occuperà di:
- Gestire i flussi di prenotazione dal backend del sito ai principali strumenti aziendali di prenotazione e reportistica.
- Mantenere in ordine ed efficienti gli strumenti aziendali di prenotazione.
- Redigere report con cadenza periodica sull'andamento dell’attività, in ottica di efficientamento e miglioramento.
Si richiedono:
- Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office e GSuite
- Buona conoscenza Inglese parlato e scritto
- Gradita conoscenza dei principali sistemi gestionali del turismo o in generale di
applicativi CRM
- Ottime capacità comunicativo-relazionali
- Lavoro in team
- Time management e orientamento al risultato
- Precisione e accuratezza
esperienza pregressa nel settore BOOKING GRUPPI.
