**YOUR TASKS**:

- You ensure smooth day-to-day operations, overseeing team development, while also welcoming and assisting our guests with check-in, check-out, invoices and any requests
- You support the Hotel Manager in analysing the operations reports and managing hotel accounts, studying the different parameters as well as their evolution
- You supervise and support all Department Supervisors in order to fulfil the best results
- You plan, monitor, and analyse key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- You control the daily, weekly and monthly financial and operation reports (Rooms Reconciliation, Cash Handling, F&B Cash and manuals, Physical Inventory, FO manuals, etc)
- You are in contact with in
- and external suppliers and are in charge of daily stock and cost control as well as monthly reporting of all food and beverage items and hotel operating equipment
- You ensure compliance with sanitation, hygiene, health and safety legislation, organisational and quality requirements and working policies and procedures
- You oversee housekeeping outsourcing and caretakers to maintain room condition and uphold standards
- You will recruit, lead and develop your team members' potential growth and their motivation, in close collaboration with your Hotel Manager
- You will create shift schedules, ensure adequate cover at all times, and assign daily tasks to the team

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have an established education and a min. of 3 years of professional experience in hotels or restaurants
- You have at least 1 year in a management position or as a shift leader in the F&B/Room Division department
- You have a strong organizational with the ability to meet deadlines
- You have great leadership skills and enjoying leading a young diverse motivated team
- You bring a sharp eye for details, spot opportunities for improvement and follow them through
- You are solution-driven, show strong commitment and entrepreneurial way of thinking
- You think it is fun working in a diverse multi-cultural environment and bring people on board to achieve things together
- You possess excellent communication skills in Italian and English (B2), any other languages being an advantage
