**Job Title: Sales Sector Manager - Boiler Maker**

Il ruolo del Sector Sales Manager Boiler Maker è responsabile della gestione e dello sviluppo del portafoglio clienti del settore, massimizzare le vendite e supportare le iniziative strategiche (CVPs), contornato da un ambiente dinamico e inclusivo, che favorisca equità, rispetto ed opportunità per tutti.

La figura riporterà gerarchicamente al Sales And Business Development Manager.

Le principali mansioni e responsabilità sono:

- responsabilità dello sviluppo e del raggiungimento del budget di vendita relativo al settore assegnato;
- stabilire le linee strategiche sui clienti assegnati, favorendo la loro crescita sia in termini di vendite che di redditività;
- acquisire richieste di offerta e percepire segnali inerenti all’andamento del cliente e del mercato;
- gestione raccolta informazione relative ai clienti seguiti e alle opportunità verso i sistemi aziendali (CRM)
- concordare e standardizzare le condizioni commerciali (T&C) da applicare nei rapporti contrattuali, assicurandone la gestione in accordo alle politiche aziendali;
- seguire i clienti strategici dalla fase di pre-vendita fino a quella di post vendita.
- esaminare le richieste d’offerta e coordinare l’emissione delle offerte, condurre le relative trattative, ricevere gli ordini eseguendo il loro riesame tecnico/commerciale, in collaborazione con il Proposal And Sales Support Manager.
- in collaborazione con la gestione ordini, gestire e farsi carico della comunicazione di problemi dovuti ai ritardi di consegna, a penali e a problemi tecnici insorti nel corso della commessa;
- promuovere le strategie di marketing aziendali per clienti acquisiti e potenziali attraverso tecniche di vendita innovative e adatte al relativo segmento merceologico.
