Our Client is an Italian Company that develops Software Engineering Solutions and provides CRO Services in the Medical Scientific Sector. For the strengthening of its structure, it has asked us to search for the following professional figure:
**KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER**

**CRO & Medical Devices Sector**

**Posizione**:

- Manage existing Client relationships, understanding their requirements, ensuring their needs are met, in the assigned product portfolio.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to Team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Contributes to product development by reporting Clients’ needs and ensuring those are taking into account for new product version (e.g., ICE suite development).
- Support the Senior Management in maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

**Requisiti**:

- Good knowledge of web / ecommerce / software, together with Medical Devices Sector
- At least 3 years experiences in Sales Management
- Ability to work by objectives
- Accuracy, determination, leadership, communications, organizational and innovation skills
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English
