**Job Description**:

- Your opportunity_

We are looking for a highly motivated IT PM who will be part of our IT team and will work in a modern and international contest to provide the best IT solutions and related IT projects.
- How you will contribute_- Supportare l’IT Area Leader nella guida di progetti in ambito Digital Customer Experience (per le soluzioni di eCommerce B2B, CRM, Marketing Automation) durante le fasi di studio preliminare e di progettazione (dall'analisi dei requisiti alla fase di definizione del modello e implementazione della soluzione), al fine di garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche di progetto nonché il recepimento dei requisiti presentati per le aree di competenza.- Essere il punto di contatto tra la funzione IT e le altre funzioni aziendali, così come il punto di riferimento per qualsiasi necessità manifestata dalle aree del business per le attività di Digital Customer Experience destinate al team IT.- Coordinare il team di progetto nell'implementazione delle varie applicazioni principalmente in ambito Digital Customer Experience e di potenziali nuove iniziative in ambito Digital.- Raccogliere i requisiti dei referenti interni appartenenti ai vari dipartimenti aziendali e progettare la migliore soluzione técnica, creando, analizzando e convalidando specifiche tecniche/funzionali dettagliate.- Supportare l’IT Area Leader nelle attività di monitoraggio di fornitori esterni relativamente sia alle attività in essere o da avviare per i progetti affidati.- Garantire il rispetto delle scadenze e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati per i progetti affidati, individuando soluzioni alternative e percorribili in termini di costi e tempi di realizzazione.- Gestire e convalidare le attività di test del sistema e di supporto dell'utente durante le fasi dell'UAT Acceptance Test (UAT).- Coordinare e gestire le attività di AMS (servizi di manutenzione delle applicazioni), con particolare riferimento all’assistenza di primo livello agli utenti e al coordinamento con i responsabili interni/esterni delle attività di AMS per le attività a maggiore impatto.- Fornire supporto all'utente finale nell'uso degli strumenti implementati e nella verifica della documentazione a supporto degli stessi.- Contribuire al lavoro di squadra e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del progetto.- Supportare il team nelle attività operative, monitorando lo stato di avanzamento del lavoro e applicando dei correttivi ove necessario, in acordo con l’IT Area Leader.- Interessarsi proattivamente ai piani di sviluppo e alle attività formative per aggiornare le competenze tecniche del team, assicurandosi che tutte le iniziative siano in linea con i valori e la cultura fondamentali dell'azienda.- Guidare, supportare e contribuire al continuo sviluppo professionale del proprio team di lavoro, promuovendo un ambiente collaborativo e meritocratico.
- Who you are_- Laurea in discipline economiche/scientifiche- Pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi di almeno 3-4 anni in società di consulenza/contesti multinazionali complessi- La conoscenza del sistema SAP verrà considerata un plus- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office in particolare Excel- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e spirito di collaborazione- Attitudine al problem solving- Spiccate capacità organizzative e di Team management- Passione ed entusiasmo- Curiosità e innovazione- Proattività- L'esperienza pregressa nel settore Fashion o Consumer Goods sarà considerata un plus
