As part of our **marketing growth strategy**, we are seeking a highly skilled** Marketing person** to join our Marketing team, with the purpose of growing Unobravo in Italy in a fast and sustainable way. You will lead the local Marketing activities focused on our **B**2C Patients **target to lead the go to market strategies, consolidate the brand and drive business growth. The role will report to the Head of Marketing Italy.

**AS A MARKETING LEAD PATIENTS FOT ITALY YOU WILL**:

- Support defining Patients marketing strategy for the Italian market in line with the business objectives (awareness, reputation, growth, retention, CAC and LTV targets)and execution in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and coordinate an integrated Communication plan consistent to VP and Marketing Strategy across multiple touchpoints both internal and external.
- Coordinate the local team related to PR, Social Media, Partnership, e Influencer activities and central-led activities (Paid Media, CRM, Organic) together with Head of Marketing (matrix structure) to ensure reaching country growth targets.
- Identify and prioritize local growth opportunities using a solid testing & learn approach, as well as solve execution challenges through clear communication and good business case methodology.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), run ad-hoc analysis and as needed and provide data-driven decisions to accelerate grow.
- Help to set clear dashboards and analysis reports to monitor progress and take fast decisions to optimize and escalate opportunities.
- Execute a test&learn and innovation plan to test new marketing opportunities and channels with a clear testing approach (setting target, success criteria, evaluate cost/opportunities, etc.).
- Collaborate with Local teams (Supply Acquisition, Customer success) and Central teams (Product, Data) to get insights, identifies opportunities to ensure growth and drive efficiency.
- Support local and central team to set clear processes to facilitate cross-team work in a central-local matrix organization.

️**YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE**:

- Minimum 4+ years experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, from top (branding) to bottom funnel (performance).
- Solid expertise in managing online brand and drive growth across multiple communication channels.
- Hands-on attitude, a lot needs to be created from the ground up, builder mindset.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and capacity to work well on matrix-reporting organizations.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ideally, you have experience or are highly familiar with marketplace-like ecosystems, where growth on the demand and supply sides is well managed and balanced.
