Per implementare il team vendite del canale impulso organizzato, siamo alla ricerca di un:
**National Account Manager**

che si occupi della gestione di alcuni tra i principali gruppi e catene del cosiddetto “Away from Home” e lo sviluppo ulteriore del business.

**Principali attività**:

- Definisce i “piani cliente” annuali e assicura il raggiungimento del budget assegnato
- È responsabile della definizione e implementazione degli accordi con verifica periodica dei principali kpi di vendita, collaborando anche con il field
- Assicura la pianificazione e la realizzazione delle attività di vendita e promozione, definendo le politiche commerciali entro le linee guida definite dall’azienda.
- Contribuisce alla gestione e allo sviluppo di relazioni e partnership di lungo periodo con i clienti di competenza e alla gestione ottimale della fase di negoziazione e contrattazione
- Supervisiona, controlla e guida lo sviluppo e le attività della rete di vendita interfacciandosi con: Area Manager, Trade marketing, etc.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Economia o Marketing;
- Minimo 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi presso aziende strutturate del largo consumo
- Preferibile conoscenza del canale “Away from Home” e dei principali clienti nei segmenti Travel, Oil e Specializzati
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese

Completano il profilo: buone capacità relazionali, negoziazione commerciale e orientamento al risultato.
