**Lilly Diabetes & Obesity Corporate Affairs è alla ricerca di un supporto tecnico al Team di External Engagement** **per l’esecuzione delle seguenti attività**:

- Project management delle attività del team: coordinamento della due diligence, budget management, communication management e organizzazione del materiale a supporto del team (eg. preparazione binder per corporate meetings/ advisory board/ meeting EFPIA, )
- Supporto amministrativo alle attività del personale del team (eg. due diligence, contratti e pagamenti, approvazioni) nonché coordinamento e gestione della documentazione di gruppo e della relativa archiviazione secondo procedure
- Gestione delle relazioni con il personale del team e degli stakeholder Corporate Affairs.
- Supporto nella preparazione di testi, presentazioni, note informative, riunioni
- Stesure di verbali di incontri, traduzione testi, supervisione e gestione di ordini di acquisto e processi di fatturazione, sia locali che relativi a processi global
- Stesura di report/statistiche, gestione scadenze ed attività relative alla segreteria del gruppo

**Descrizione del profilo**:

- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese (B2/C1) per interazione con gruppi di lavoro interni ed esterni all’azienda
- Project Management skills
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza lavorativa
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (eg. Word, Excel, Power Point,...)
- Agilità nell’apprendimento, proattività e problem solving.
- Abilità di portare a termine in autonomia il lavoro assegnato in maniera organizzata, puntuale e rispettosa della deadline
- Capacità di lavorare in team differenti

- Capacità di implementare e portare a termine progetti velocemente e con risultati eccellenti.
- Abilità di prioritizzare, portare avanti più task contemporaneamente mantenendo livelli alti di qualità e prendendo trade-off decisions.
- Ottime capacità interpersonali, con attitudine a lavorare in team e con persone differenti, mantenendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo

**Location**:home based (ma flessibilità di andare in ufficio ogni qualvolta sia richiesto)

Si offre contratto con società esterna in outsourcing.
