Nell’ambito del progetto globale del Kion Group " **Business Transformation **”, ed all’interno del Team locale Business Transformation Italia, assicura la comprensione dei requisiti e delle esigenze della forza vendita in termini di formazione, utilizzo e supporto della piattaforma **CRM **. Garantisce una corretta e completa erogazione della formazione sull‘ utilizzo dell’applicativo CRM aziendale, contribuendo ad ampliare e costruire percorsi formativi specifici per la forza vendita, favorendo la crescita professionale, le performance dei singoli, dei gruppi e di tutta la rete commerciale
Rappresenta ed incarna con passione ed entusiasmo i brand Linde, STILL e Baoli sul territorio: promuove l’utilizzo della piattaforma CRM, al fine di assicurare il pieno raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati.
**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Principali attività e responsabilità**:
Supportando e lavorando in stretta sinergia con il Team BT Italia, la figura sarà responsabile delle sotto riportate attività:
- Raccolta del fabbisogno e comprensione dei punti di intervento a livello formativo sulla rete
- Progettazione di interventi formativi sulla base dell’analisi svolta
- Organizzazione di eventi formativi e successivo follow up, monitoraggio ed eventuale correzione di intervento
- Realizzazione di progetti e coinvolgimento nei percorsi per la rete commerciale, con un approccio Results and data Driven
- Supporto alle strategie di Vendita e formazione tramite affiancamento sul campo
- E’ il punto di riferimento per tutti gli aspetti legati al CRM (identificazione dei bisogni e aspettative dei clienti, interfaccia interna per gli aspetti di CRM e relativa risoluzioni dei problemi)
- Referente per HQ per la gestione, distribuzione di aggiornamenti, upgrade fix bugs in termini CRM a livello locale
- Gestione e manutenzione della piattaforma CRM in termini di contenuti / dati - anagráfica clienti etc.
- Gestione dei KPI e monitoraggio delle performance
- Assicura eccellente supporto alle strategie marketing e sales massimizzandone l’impatto e il valore sul territorio, attraverso analisi di business e fornendo soluzioni adeguate
- Ha la responsabilità di supportare la crescita di competenze del salesman attraverso attività di affiancamento - training on the job
- Educational Background: Laurea ad indirizzo economico
- Experiences: almeno 3 anni nel settore o in una sales&service company, maturata preferibilmente in contesti multinazionali customer centric
- Knowledge: padronanza delle logiche e dei processi di vendita
- Gradita conoscenza CRM Salesforce SFDC
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
- Significativa esperienza in ruoli sales
- Flessibilità e proattività nel perseguire gli obiettivi
- Capacità organizzative ed accuratezza nella gestione dell'attività lavorativa
- Ottime doti relazionali, comunicative e capacità di instaurare proficui rapporti lavorativi a tutti i livelli dell’organizzazione
- Teamwork.
