At We Bring we are looking for a **Key Account Manager** in Italy to join an international, technological and manufacturing company specialized on Smart Grids solutions.

**WHAT WILL YOUR FUNCTIONS BE?**
- Developing and executing a strategic plan for the Italian market, identifying key customers and opportunities for growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all commercial activities.
- Driving revenue growth and achieve sales targets, while managing the overall profitability of the accounts.
- Collaborating with internal teams (engineering, marketing, operations, etc.) to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs.
- Providing regular reporting and forecasting to management, highlighting progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Keeping up to date on industry trends and competitor activities and make recommendations for adjustments to the sales strategy as needed.
- Representing ZIV at industry events and trade shows, and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Traveling to customer sites as needed, primarily within Italy but occasionally throughout Europe.

- 5 years of experience in commercial roles.
- Fluent in English and Italian, Spanish is a plus.
- Comfortable with occasional travel within Europe.
