Solutions Technical Sales Delivery and After Sales
Il/la Candidato/a avrà le seguenti responsabilità;
- Gestire e coordinare attività di partner installatori garantendo il rispetto dei processi aziendali
in collaborazione con le altre funzioni aziendali;
- Formare e supportare i partner nel processo di installazione e manutenzione degli impianti;
- Fornire supporto nelle attività di delivery;
- Coordinare le attività sul territorio dei team di installazione, includendo la pianificazione degli
interventi e supportando i clienti residenziali durante la fase di vendita
- Supportare il coordinatore nell'identificazione delle aree di miglioramento dei processi
- Contribuire allo sviluppo della piattaforma di B2C delivery e installation in accordo con il
modello target
- Sviluppare e certificare il network di installatori
- Supportare attivamente la gestione e il coordinamento del canale professionale di vendita
- Monitorare e mantenere aggiornato il sistema di controllo degli istallatori diretti e technical
partner
- Fornire attività di supporto alla vendita e installazione tramite helpdesk
- Effettuare una prima verifica di fattibilità dell'impianto sulla base della documentazione
Contrattuale
Requisiti del Candidato/a;
- Diploma o Laurea in materie tecniche
- Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza maturata in settori similari
- Proattività e autonomia
- Buone Capacità relazionali
- Flessibilità e orientamento al cliente
- Spiccate capacità di Problem Solving
- Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
