**Job Description**:
As we continue to evolve our client portfolio, MET Energia Italia is now looking for a Channel Manager that will develop and manage the Digital Sales channel.

In this role you will have immediate exposure to the Sales and Business Development core business of the company and will have the chance to play a strategic role in the Digital Sales channel growth in terms of prospect acquisition and profitability

As initial tasks you will be required to bring your contribution to building the overall strategy of the Digital Sales channel and to develop partnerships with third parties with the ultimate goal to reach the sales targets. In particular you will:

- Develop and participate in the definition of the Digital Sales strategy in order to reach the online customer acquisition targets;
- Identify potential sales partners to develop the digital sales and set the processes to manage them;
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to manage activities related to the promotion and sale of offers and products on digital platforms by defining the business strategy, optimizing the sales funnel, executing the business plan, and developing ADV campaigns;
- Manage the pricing plans and promotions initiative that will lead to prospect acquisition and profitability of the sales channel;
- Monitor the main sales KPIs for the digital channel (lead generation, conversion rate, ROI ecc.) and optimise the performance by ensuring cost and quality targets are met.

**ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- At least 3 year’s sales experience in related industries;
- Strong sales competency with digital capability & knowhow;
- Preferably previous experience in the design and execution of SEO strategy to increase brand visibility;
- Preferably previous experience in digital analytics: customer journey tracking and optimization, conversion paths, attribution models for sales funnel and lead generation, data-driven decision making (A/B testing, etc.);
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization;
- Flexible and able to adapt to rapidly changing situations and priorities;
- Fluent in Italian and English.
