Carry out the processing of requests, from lead qualification until the negotiation and signing of the contract, ensuring that all the tools of the Hilton Group are used for the best possible conversion.

Assist in converting requests across multiple platforms. Contribute to an ambitious sales culture within the team to seize all sales opportunities for the Hilton Group.

Collaborate with other team members to maximize customer satisfaction, adopting a positive and responsive approach to inquiries and providing resolution to issues that may arise.

Develop and reinforce own skills and knowledge at every opportunity within the Meetings & Events department.

The Groups & Conferences Agent serving Hilton hotels always work on behalf of our guests and collaborate with other team members. While we are looking for an entry-level person to fill this role, to be successful you should maintain the following attitude, behaviours, skills, and values:

- Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- High standards and care toward personal appearance
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Competent level of computer and technology proficiency
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Use of Opera PMS (preferred)
- Use of MeetingBroker and Cvent (preferred)
- Use of Delphi (preferred)
