Per la nostra divisione **Animal Health** siamo alla ricerca di una risorse per la Puglia con una forte passione per la salute animale e gli animali da compagnia da inserire nel nostro team
Siamo in questo momento alla ricerca di un **Sr. Customer Representative Sales** che riportera direttamente al **Sales Manager **della funzione.
**Di seguito le principali attività del ruolo**:
- E’ richiesto il raggiungimento dei target di vendita mensili, trimestrali e annuali assegnati nel proprio territorio;
- Pianificazione del territorio: sviluppo e mantenimento di un piano di territorio che raggruppi logicamente i propri agricoltori in un efficiente percorso geografico e di opportunità;
- Conoscenza degli influencer locali, dei veterinari e dei nutrizionisti che sono influencer chiave per il proprio pubblico target principale: gli allevatori di bovini da latte;
- Gestione di un pacchetto clienti, capacità di creazione di nuove opportunità di vendita, mantenendo sempre un livello consulenziale capace di ottimizzare i tempi;
- Conoscenza approfondita del prodotto: partecipazione tutte le formazioni richieste su tutte le soluzioni della nostra azienda;
- Partecipazione a Fiere di settore;
- Conoscenza di Salesforce;
- Raccolta feedback del cliente;
- Collaborazione e sinergia con il proprio team di supporto clienti per acquisire conoscenze sui prodotti e competenze per rimanere aggiornati sulle nostre soluzioni tecnologiche in evoluzione;
**Requisiti/Competenze**:
- Forte motivazione e passione per gli animali da compagnia;
- Entusiasmo per l'agricoltura e la tecnologia, con una comprensione dell'industria degli animali da compagnia
- Eccellenti capacità relazionali e comunicative - orientamento al networking;
- Ottime capacità comunicative e conoscenza dell’inglese;
**Capacità di negoziazione;**
- 1-5 anni di comprovata esperienza nelle vendite in Companion Animals
- Laurea veterinaria, scienze degli animali o esperienza lavorativa equivalente.
- Richiesta una percentuale del 75% di viaggio, con pernottamenti se necessario.
