Für unseren neuen Standort in Bolzano/Italien sind wir auf der Suche nach mehreren Application Support Spezialisten. Wir entwickeln eigene Produkte zur Erstellung und Verwaltung von Dokumenten und elektronischen Informationen und implementieren diese bei unseren Kunden. Für einen reibungslosen Betrieb dieser Produkte und eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit ist ein schneller und kompetenter Support enorm wichtig. Daher bauen wir unser Team aus und suchen zur Verstärkung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine dynamische, motivierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit.

**Deine Aufgaben**

***:

- 2nd -Level-Support für unsere Kunden (Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von neuen Anforderungen, Incidents
- und Serviceanfragen)
- Prozessorientiere Steuerung und Überwachung der Tickets unter Einhaltung der SLA
- Sicherstellung unserer hohen Servicequalität
- Reproduktion allfälliger Fehler, Prüfung von Workarounds und Abklärungen mit Entwicklung zur Lösungsfindung
- Beschreibung/Ergänzung des Fehlerbilds zur Weitergabe an unser Entwicklungsteam
- Bereitstellung, Testen sowie Nachverfolgung der Lösungen und deren Dokumentation
- Unterstützung im Release-Testing und in Upgrade Projekten
- Mitarbeit zur Verbesserung der Support
- und Serviceprozesse

**Dein Profil**

***:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung bevorzugt als Informatiker
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe mit logischer und prozessorientierter Denkweise
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
- Kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Kommunkationsstil
- Bereitschaft zum Pikettdienst
- Erfahrung mit Applikations-Support, evtl. mit Zusammenarbeit Software-Entwicklungsteam, von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in den Branchen Banken, Versicherungen und Behörden von Vorteil
- Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
