**Descrizione del Ruolo**:
**Responsabilità Principali**:

- **Generazione di Lead**:

- Identificare e qualificare potenziali clienti attraverso ricerche di mercato, networking e attività di prospezione.
- Utilizzare CRM e altri strumenti per gestire e monitorare i lead.
- **Gestione del Ciclo di Vendita**:

- Condurre presentazioni e dimostrazioni dei servizi di Webgas.net ai potenziali clienti.
- Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni forti con i clienti per comprendere le loro esigenze e offrire soluzioni personalizzate.
- Negoziare contratti e chiudere vendite in modo efficace, raggiungendo o superando gli obiettivi di vendita mensili e trimestrali.
- **Collaborazione Interfunzionale**:

- Lavorare a stretto contatto con i team di marketing e di progetto per garantire che le promesse fatte ai clienti siano mantenute.
- Fornire feedback preziosi ai team interni per migliorare continuamente i servizi offerti.
- **Reportistica e Analisi**:

- Mantenere aggiornato il CRM con tutte le attività di vendita e le interazioni con i clienti.
- Preparare report di vendita e analisi delle performance per la direzione.

**Qualifiche**:

- Diploma di laurea in Economia, Marketing, Comunicazione o un campo correlato.
- Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza in una posizione di vendita, preferibilmente nel settore del marketing digitale.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e presentazione.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e di gestire il proprio tempo in modo efficiente.
- Forte orientamento ai risultati con una comprovata esperienza nel raggiungere o superare gli obiettivi di vendita.
- Competenza nell'uso di strumenti CRM (es. HubSpot, Salesforce) e Microsoft Office.
- Competenza in inglese a livello C1 o superiore.

Retribuzione: €1.000,00 - €3.000,00 al mese
