La **missione** del ruolo è quella di promuovere e vendere, prodotti **Apple e terze parti** sul marketplace Amazon Italia.

Lavora a stretto contatto con l’Amazon Account Manager nella gestione di Seller Central, la pubblicazione prodotti, la gestione dell’inventario, l’evasione degli ordini, e la gestione del post vendita.

La sede di lavoro è a Milano Centro con un orario di lavoro ibrido e flessibile.

Riporta all’Head of Business & Omnichannel

**Il ruolo prevede le seguenti attività**:

- Gestione dell’account Amazon Seller Central,
- Pubblicazione prodotti in catalogo tramite file Inventario o attraverso codici EAN
- Gestione dell’Inventario, verificando la veridicità delle informazioni e lo Stato dei Prezzi con le segnalazioni sulle Offerte non Attive e le Azioni richieste
- Gestione degli ordini FBM inclusa la gestione delle giacenze, svincoli, smarrimenti e varie anomalie relative agli ordini
- Controllare, verificare e risolvere criticità sullo Stato dell’Account (Performance e Conformità alle Politiche di Amazon)
- Gestione di casi con il Servizio Clienti inclusi eventuali Reclami (Garanzia dalla A alla Z)
- Gestione di richieste di reso dei clienti, verificando data di acquisto e consegna, e i Rimborsi (totali o parziali)

**Esperienze richieste**:

- Almeno **1-2 anni di esperienza** nella gestione di Account Amazon Seller Central, preferibilmente nella vendita di prodotti di elettronica nel Marketplace Amazon
- Esperienza nell’utilizzo di Microsoft Office e **strumenti quali CRM (Salesforce), BI, ERP**

Completano il profilo una buona capacità di **analisi**, capacità **relazionali** e di ingaggio **commerciale**, spirito d’iniziativa, **creatività** e proattività.
