**HR DIRECTOR**

**Posizione**:
Responsabile delle attività HR a livello Gruppo per le Società sul territorio nazionale, a riporto diretto del Vertice si occuperà in particolare di:

- Presidiare ogni attività funzionale HR al fine di assicurare il raggiungimento degli sfidanti obiettivi di sviluppo del Gruppo;
- Supervisionare i processi di ricerca e selezione del personale;
- Progettare le azioni di sviluppo organizzativo e delle persone attraverso l’implementazione, tra gli altri, di piani di valutazione e di formazione e di politiche retributive;
- Pianificare i fabbisogni organizzativi in relazione alle fasi di sviluppo;
- Definire e monitorare il budget del personale, suggerendo interventi correttivi

**Requisiti**:

- Elevata esperienza e maturità professionale in ruoli analoghi
- **Preferibile provenienza dai settori Retail, Lusso, Benessere**
- Spiccata leadership combinata con attitudine all’operatività
- Autonomia e proattività
- Elevata attitudine all’ascolto e alla risoluzione dei problemi
- Tolleranza allo stress
- Disponibilità a continue trasferte
