La HR Search, società specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali in campo alberghiero, ricerca per proprio cliente:
Responsabile Sales & Marketing per Hotel di categoria 5* di nuova apertura a Roma (8754)

Obiettivi:

- Condividere le politiche marketing e di vendita, quindi individuare gli obiettivi e determinare i piani d'azione per raggiungere tali obiettivi
- Implementare la strategia di S&M in coerenza con le guidelines dettate dal brand internazionale sfruttando tutti gli strumenti messi a disposizione
- Identificare nuovi mercati e opportunità di business per l’aumento delle vendite
- Verifica che le attività di marketing rese seguano le linee guida dettate dal marchio e siano coerenti con il posizionamento di mercato della struttura
- Verificare la coerenza tra le attività di vendita ed il servizio reso in hotel

Principali attività:

- Condivisione del S&M plan annuale, inclusiva di analisi puntuale dei competitors e della domanda
- Supporto al GM nella stesura del budget annuale dei ricavi e attività continuative di forecasting
- Coordinamento e supervision delle attività di Revenue Management, MICE, Booking and Marketing
- Valutazione di eventuali esigenze di formazione in relazione agli standard del marchio e potenziali nuovi canali o mercati
- Ottimizzazione dei canali di vendita e dei segmenti sui quali puntare per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati
- Gestione della contrattazione relativa a tutti i canali off-line e online
- Gestione dei key accounts e coordinamento dell’adeguata gestione dei clienti minori
- Partecipazione a fiere e congressi di settore in Italia e all’estero
- Sviluppo di relazioni all'interno della community locale per rafforzare ed espandere le opportunità di vendita
- Monitoraggio e analisi della reportistica periodica relativa alle statistiche di vendita

Requisiti richiesti:

- Esperienza in catene con brand internazionale di simile categoria
- Conoscenza approfondita del mercato locale
- Possesso di pacchetto clienti attivo per strutture/catene simili
- Esperienze pregresse nel lancio di strutture in start-up
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese parlata e scritta
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di leadership
