**Service Manager**
Inoltre, si occuperà della gestione di incident e relativa manutenzione sugli applicativi in uso presso il cliente.
La risorsa possiede un background gestionale/economico ed ha maturato almeno 1 anno di esperienza pregressa in ruoli funzionali o di gestione.
Sono richieste buona capacità di problem solving e di team working, autonomia nell’organizzazione dei tasks assegnati ed orientamento al risultato. E' inoltre richiesta la disponibilità alla mobilità geográfica in ambito nazionale e internazionale ed un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

- Conoscenza di specifici tool per la gestione progettuale
- Capacità di redigere SAL
- Capacità di analisi e gestione di incident sui relativi applicativi
