Labsitters, una giovane e dinamica azienda nel settore dell'istruzione e assistenza ai bambini, sta cercando un/una Customer Service per unirsi al nostro team. **Responsabilità principali**:
Acquisizione di nuovi clienti utilizzando vari canali di comunicazione
Mantenimento e consolidamento dei rapporti con i clienti già esistenti
Gestione di chiamate telefoniche, sia dai potenziali clienti che dai clienti attuali che necessitano di assistenza
Coordinamento degli appuntamenti delle insegnanti
**Requisiti**:
Ottima propensione all'utilizzo del PC e familiarità con i software di gestione dei clienti
Esperienza comprovata nel lavorare con i clienti e nell'assistenza clienti
Eccellenti abilità di problem solving
Livello di inglese almeno B2/C1
Capacità di lavorare in un team e di comunicare in modo efficace
Ambiente giovanile e molto dinamico
Flessibilità e adattabilità alle esigenze mutevoli dell'azienda
