**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Develops an Integrated Regional Plan to Maximize sales and Brand Performance**

a. Collaborates with the Head of Marketing to optimize brand and customer strategies.

b. Creates a Regional Business Plan to drive sales growth and profitability.

c. Considers short, medium, and long-term impacts on expenditure, sales, and profit.

d. Identifies key external factors impacting the regional plan.

e. Sets strategic investment guidance at the regional level.

f. Develop plans to align 'bottom-up' and 'top-down' objectives.

g. Challenges the status quo and country strategy when necessary.

**Demonstrates Strategic Mindset and Business Acumen**

a. Analyzes market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

b. Develop strategies to enhance market share and profitability.

c. Uses data and insights for informed decision-making.

d. Adjust strategies proactively to maintain competitiveness.

**Leads and Coaches the Regional Team**

a. Builds trust-based relationships with team members.

b. Sets and communicates a clear vision and standards for the Region.

c. Ensures high-calibre recruitment for the Regional team.

d. Set personal objectives aligned with brand plans.

e. Plans for staff development and succession.

f. Encourages decision-making and accountability within the team.

g. Delegates effectively to achieve Company objectives.

**Optimizes Regional Team Performance**

a. Identifies barriers to achieving regional objectives.

b. Monitors and reviews progress towards goals, engaging the team as needed.

c. Communicates customer plans to influence business planning.

**Collaborates with Departments and Stakeholders**

a. Identifies effective investment strategies with customers.

b. Contributes to customer development programs and challenges norms.

c. Develop resource deployment plans based on regional strategy.

d. Assesses and adapts regional spending to meet objectives.

e. Manages key customer groups in coordination with internal stakeholders.

**Contributes to Company Leadership**

a. Leads national projects and workstreams as agreed with the Commercial Director.

b. Promotes decision-making at the lowest level and champions matrix working.

**Identifies and Exploits Business Expansion Opportunities**

a. Identifies opportunities for business growth and market expansion.

b. Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
