About the role
As Territory Account Manager you will be responsible to grow regional accounts and develop small or new accounts in a given Territory, by following the sale of BDM-PS products and services to pharmaceutical or medical device accounts. You will define and roll out a Territory plan to help improve value across existing and new product business for all BDMPS platforms (PFS, SAIS and Safety) work on enhanced customer intimacy, growth mind-set and organizational agility.
The Territory Manager may also work on special projects assigned by BDM-PS Management to support overall BDM-PS business objectives.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Achieve SMART sales goals outlined in the Territory Plan.
- Prepare and submit Territory and Account Plans, including unit sales forecasts
- Manage deployment and execution of Territory and/or Account Plans
- Implement innovative methods to identify and convert new leads
- Develop customer intimacy through strong relationship-building and solution-oriented approaches, including coordinating customer interfaces, mapping key partners, and providing technical support.
**About you**:
- Outstanding analytical skills, initiative, and effective communication
- Excellent presentation, selling, and negotiation abilities
- Capacity to engage with diverse functions, lead teams, and manage complex projects
- BS/BA or equivalent experience in Business Management, Engineering or Physical Sciences.
- Proven technical experience or experience with Medical Devices / pharmaceutical packaging
- Proven in B2B Sales in a field related to Medical or drug delivery devices or marketing/sales of pharmaceuticals’
