**About the Position**

**Position Responsibilities**:
Market Analysis/Partner Identification:

- Market research to identify potential partners.
- Analyze industry trends to identify gaps and opportunities for collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of potential partners.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing to identify and contact target partners.

Partner recruitment and enablement
- Execute recruitment and enablement activities, track, and measure metrics.
- Develop Partner Business Plan: Account mapping, stakeholders, etc.
- Lead generation and sales development (POC, training, complex quotes, help answering RFPs and Public tenders).

Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Continuously optimize partner recruitment strategies based on feedback and results.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Ability to understand, develop, and manage partnerships.
- Experience developing security partners.
- Excellent English and Italian speaking, negotiation, and writing abilities.
- Ability to self-manage and work remotely.
- Soft skills: resilience, communication skills, objective-oriented, growth mindset, trailblazer, negotiation skills, self-start, and team worker.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years’ experience in direct and indirect sales in related industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business, sales, or marketing
