**Internship Area Customer Experience**

La persona inserita affiancherà l’Area Customer Experience Senior Manager South & Western Europe, basata a Milano, nelle attività di:

- analisi ed elaborazione della strategia di Customer Centric
- implementazione della metodologia Customer Journey Map
- implementazione dei Brand nelle diverse regioni
- gestione ed allineamento del portfolio della propria area a ciascun brand,
- realizzazione di Brand Audits
- gestione dei processi di apertura e rebranding
- proposta ed attuazione dei piani d'azione necessari per il raggiungimento di obiettivi economici e non economici da parte di ciascuna unità aziendale al fine di raggiungere i livelli stabiliti nella customer experience
- coordinamento ed implementazione degli standard dei Brand in ciascuno degli hotel di propria competenza
- coordinamento e garanzia della corretta applicazione di SOPs secondo le guide dei Brand
- promozione e coordinamento dei Cultural Program ed Event Program dei Brand Lifestyle
- implementazione di sessioni di onboarding HR in tutto il suo portfolio di Brand & Service Culture
- definizione e formazione di strumenti e processi GEX negli hotel della vostra zona
- realizzazione di sessioni di formazione o novità al team cluster Gex su base mensile/bimestrale

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Laurea o Master in ambito Turistico
- Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office
- Buona conoscenza della ingua inglese e preferibilmente anche spagnola
- Buona capacità organizzative e interpersonali
- Passione per il mondo dell'Hospitality
