We are seeking a** Partnership Manager **who will be responsible for **managing and developing strategic partnerships with brands, creators, external organizations, businesses, and key stakeholders to grow our business and achieve our goals.**

As a **Partnership Manager**, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to **identify and prioritize partnership opportunities**, **negotiate partnerships**, and **develop effective strategies** for maximizing the value of each partnership. You will also be responsible for **monitoring and analyzing partnership performance, reporting on KPIs, and making data-driven decisions** to optimize partnership outcomes.

- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, report on KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize partnership outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and brand advocates to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in partnership management and social media marketing
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and stay informed on industry developments
