**What you will do**
- ** Support the management of portfolio of products to deliver all important metrics including net sales, share, and margin objectives across Southern Europe HUB**
- ** Take ownership for specific marketing projects and results in the marketing team.**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ** Lead a defined portfolio of products to achieve Net sales, margin, profit and share targets.**
- ** Communicate all risks and opportunities within portfolio responsibility on a timely basis to marketing manager.**
- ** Handle legal approvals and country localization with external agencies.**
- ** Handle the development of 'path to purchase' plans, specifically Brand Activation, Shopper Events**
- ** Ensure timely communication as required with key internal team members on portfolio (Retail Marketing, Customer Development, Customer Services & Logistics, Finance, Consumer Affairs, Consumer Insights, Divisional Marketing).**
- ** Be responsible for the development of annual brand plan for their portfolio and ensure full customer consensus.**
- ** Growth plan within own portfolio**
- ** Coordinate cross country market analysis and insights / information gathering.**
- ** Lead the product artwork development and approval processes across SE Hub.**

**Requirements**:

- ** Mimum 3-4 years of professional experience**
- ** Master or Bachelor Degree in business or related field.**
- ** Proficiency in Italian, English, Spanish is a plus**
- ** Previous experience in Consumer Marketing is preferred**
- ** Analysis/Decision Making, Consumer focused, Partnership & Collaboration, Encouraging Experimentation, Driving Innovation**
- ** Business & Financial Analysis: It is an advantage to have Knowledge in Nielsen market analysis**
- ** Seeking for an international career path, mobile, open to experiences in different markets and environments.**
