We are in search of a passionate Product Solutions Expert to join our Operations division. The ideal candidate is energetic, adaptable, and thrives in a small, dynamic environment. This individual will excel at establishing strong relationships with clients and utilizing these connections to achieve objectives.

In this position, you will assist your manager in ensuring that Ancelia's users receive comprehensive training and remain engaged throughout the development and rollout of new product features. Gathering and communicating user feedback to our development team will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showcase the benefits of Ancelia technology to support customer business goals;
  • Conduct customer onboarding through tailored training sessions for various users (caregivers, nurses, managers);
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the product roadmap, including documenting customer feedback;
  • Assist with product setups, user training, data migration, and technical assistance;
  • Ensure timely creation and updates of internal and customer documentation and training resources.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc in Biomedical Engineering or a related field;
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows/Mac OS;
  • A natural communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Technically adept, with a strong understanding of software platforms;
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, both written and spoken.
