Il nostro team di Key Account Manager è alla ricerca di una persona con esperienza nella vendita di servizi B2B, che sia in grado di sviluppare la rete attraverso l'acquisizione di nuovi clienti e la gestione degli stessi.

Le principali attività saranno:

  • Gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti esistente;
  • Attività di Upselling e Cross selling rispetto alle soluzioni di Welfare, Benefit & Engagement;
  • Sviluppo nuove relazioni con i clienti target proponendo soluzioni di Welfare, Benefit & Engagement;
  • Raggiungimento target e obiettivi assegnati;
  • Identificare le esigenze dei clienti e garantire un elevato livello di soddisfazione attraverso azioni mirate;
  • Collaborare con i team interni per lo sviluppo e il mantenimento dei progetti Welfare, Benefit & Engagement;
  • Partecipare a eventi del settore per promuovere l'azienda e stabilire nuove connessioni in campo Welfare;
  • Partecipare a gare pubbliche e private di settore per acquisizione nuovi clienti target.
