Surgical Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Partner to join our team at Santen Inc. As a key member of our Surgical Business Unit, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving the adoption of our MicroShunt surgical device.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders and hospitals across the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sustainable business strategies to maximize the potential of MicroShunt.
- Closely collaborate with our Pricing & Market-Access Team to ensure successful market penetration.
- Manage the territory financial budget and provide accurate feedback on competitor activities.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least five years' experience in industry sales, with a strong background in hospital sales and key account management.
- History of top sales performance and commercially astute with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Experience in ophthalmology and the operating room environment, with the ability to influence surgeons' preferences.
- Demonstrable selling, negotiation, and networking skills, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and national health system policies.
