**Job Description:**
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sterile production in the pharmaceutical industry. A solid understanding of aseptic processes, sterilization, and other sterile production techniques is required. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in project management and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new processes to improve production efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to optimize processes and resolve technical challenges
- Provide training and support to personnel on new processes and systems
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sterile production in the pharmaceutical industry
- Solid understanding of aseptic processes, sterilization, and other sterile production techniques
- Experience in project management and process optimization
- Knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and EMA regulations
Benefits:
