About the Role
The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development for Tn Italy. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process, defining business proposals, and collaborating with the sales area manager to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales processes to consolidate and develop business results, achieving assigned budgets and ensuring strategic goals fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the sales area manager to define sales budgets and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with global customers, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring effective promotional activities for business development and consolidation.
- Formulate offers and define functional requirements in collaboration with technical area managers, managing financial aspects and business negotiation processes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanic, Automation, Electrical, or similar fields.
- Excellent command of English and Italian languages.
- Availability to travel abroad for approximately 100/120 days per year.
- Ability to create collaboration networks through companies and functions.
- Analytical and critical thinking.
- Great ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
- Strong self-motivation and dedication.
