Sales Engineer Opportunity

At GD, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team as part of our Young Professional Program.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing the sales process, defining business proposals, and collaborating with the sales area manager to ensure strategic goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, excellent command of English and Italian languages, and strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales area manager to define sales budgets and ensure strategic goals are met.
  • Manage sales processes to consolidate and develop business results, achieving assigned budgets.
  • Monitor the assigned market area, identifying current and potential customers, risks, and economic trends to support the sales area manager in defining effective promotional activities.
  • Formulate offers to define functional requirements, managing financial aspects and business negotiation processes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent command of English and Italian languages.
  • Availability to travel abroad for approximately 100/120 days per year.
  • Ability to create collaboration networks through companies and functions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
  • Strong self-motivation and dedication.
