About the Role
The Sales Engineer, in collaboration with the sales area manager, is responsible for managing the sales process through the definition of business proposals that align with budget objectives and company guidelines.
The Sales Engineer will be involved in strategic activities with our global customers, requiring flexibility to undertake some travels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Area Manager to define sales budgets and ensure strategic goals are met.
- Manage sales processes to consolidate and develop business results, achieving assigned budgets.
- Monitor the assigned market area, identifying current and potential customers, risks, and economic trends to support the Sales Area Manager in defining promotional activities.
- Formulate offers in collaboration with technical area managers, managing financial aspects and business negotiation processes.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanics, Automation, Electrical, or similar.
- Excellent command of English and Italian languages.
- Availability to travel abroad for approximately 100/120 days per year.
- Ability to create collaboration networks through companies and functions.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
- Strong self-motivation and dedication.
