About the Role

Celonis SE is seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and delivering value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop strategic use cases for Celonis Process Intelligence, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices to drive business value.
  • Build and deliver demos and business cases to win new customers, showcasing the value and ROI of our platform.
  • Conduct value assessments and proof-of-value projects, communicating the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives.
  • Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement, deriving improvement measures and initiating enterprise-wide change initiatives.
  • Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and execute strategic expansion roadmaps for customers, embedding Celonis Process Intelligence as a strategic business transformation platform in their organization.
  • Provide feedback to our product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, with a proven track record of demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of business software and SaaS applications, including experience with implementing RPA and/or BI tools and/or building dashboards, apps, and action flows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and communicate value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management.
  • Proficiency in supply chain operations and industry trends, with a deep understanding of strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects across aligned accounts and leverage partners from the Celonis Ecosystem.
