Quality Systems Specialist I

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist I to join our team at Danaher Corporation. As a key member of our quality systems team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the manufacturing department to schedule line clearance and line setup activities, ensuring seamless production workflows.
- Review records and documents for completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements, including ISO standards and CE/FDA/QSR guidelines.
- Verify the accuracy of paper and electronic batch records to support the release of raw materials, work in progress, and final products.
- High school diploma with at least 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a quality assurance or regulatory compliance role.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements, including CE/FDA/QSR and GDP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Experience in DNA diagnostics or other medical devices, with a strong understanding of related regulatory requirements.
This is a 12-hour shift position (6pm - 6am) with an alternating 3-day/4-day work schedule. As a member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
