Quality Systems Specialist I

As a Quality Systems Specialist I, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
This position is part of our Quality Systems team and will be located in Lodi, CA. Availability to work 12-hour shifts is required.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with the manufacturing department to schedule line clearance and line setup activities.
- Review paper and/or electronic batch records to support the release of raw materials, work in progress, and final products for completeness and compliance with QSR and ISO requirements.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to define and improve quality system functions.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- A high school diploma with at least 1-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements (CE/FDA/QSR) and GDP.
- Ability to interface well with people of varied backgrounds and to guide groups toward effective dynamics.
It would be beneficial if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience in DNA diagnostics or other medical devices.
Danaher Corporation offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings. The salary range for this role is $45,988 - $60,944. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
