Quality Systems Specialist

The Quality Systems Specialist will be responsible for reviewing records to ensure compliance with QSR and ISO requirements. This individual will also make recommendations for improvement and create training materials and operating manuals. Additionally, they will be involved in various quality continuous improvement activities.
This role is part of the Quality Assurance Team and requires a strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements (CE/FDA/QSR) and GDP.
- Ability to interface well with people of varied backgrounds and to guide groups toward effective dynamics.
- Experience in DNA diagnostics or other medical devices is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review records and documents for completeness and compliance with QSR and ISO requirements.
- Review batch records to support the release of raw materials, work in progress, and final products.
- Generate standard operating procedures to define and improve quality system functions.
