HVAC Sales Representative

The HVAC Sales Representative - Centro-Sud Italia will be responsible for managing York chillers sales activities within the assigned area, with the objective of maximizing sales in terms of volume, turnover, and margin, increasing commercial penetration, and developing assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Sales Agents and provide them with technical and commercial support to promote sales
- Develop sales strategies and set sales targets for individual Sales Agents and for the area
- Monitor Sales Agents' performances and motivate them to reach targets
- Identify opportunities within the HVAC sector that translate into profitable growth
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to grow the York brand across the area
- Achieve sales targets in the assigned area
- Deal directly with major customers within the assigned area
- Develop long-term customer relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, and end-users
- Understand customer needs and align them with JCI products and services
- Position York/Johnson Controls as the preferred supplier of HVAC equipment in the assigned area
- Partner with other sales teams to maximize profit generation, influence specifications, and manage pricing
- Stay up-to-date with products and competitors
- Report sales figures and pipeline growth
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on chillers applications
- Sales experience in the chiller market and a proven track record
- Technical knowledge to degree level or equivalent experience
- High level of new account creation and opportunity identification
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of developing sales in a commercial environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
