Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Sales Specialist - HVAC Solutions, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned area, with the objective of maximizing sales in terms of volume, turnover, and margin.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage sales agents and provide technical and commercial support
- Monitor sales performance and motivate sales agents to reach targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC sector
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, and end-users
- Partner with other sales teams to maximize profit generation
- Stay up-to-date with products and competitors
- Report sales figures and pipeline growth
Requirements
- Previous experience within the HVAC industry, with a focus on chillers applications
- Sales experience within the chiller market and a proven track record
- Technical knowledge to degree level or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a commercial environment and develop sales within a team
Location: Rome / Naples / Bari
