At TD SYNNEX, we are seeking an Internal Sales Consultant for a temporary maternity cover.

This role will concentrate on our PC division, managing designated accounts while developing a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and vendor pricing structures. The consultant will be responsible for handling quotes and securing orders, with incentives tied to specific portfolio elements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Establish strong relationships with resellers and vendors through proactive communication and demonstrable expertise in product knowledge, guided by clear managerial oversight.


Identify and create new business opportunities by strategically planning outbound calls to clients, engaging in detailed discussions about products and solutions, and recognizing opportunities to involve appropriate team members.


Participate in active inside sales by collecting relevant information from both internal and external customers, and developing activities for the short, medium, and long term.


• Oversee reporting and customer backorders using specialized knowledge, and engage in strategic project identification.


• Either manage projects from start to finish or collaborate with pre-sales for technical specifications.


Provide, sell, and negotiate product details, pricing, special promotions, and offers.


• Ensure TD SYNNEX upholds service level agreements with clients.


• Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement.


• Advocate for the advantages of partnering with TD SYNNEX and communicate the company's value proposition.


• Foster partner relationships, including account planning and cross-selling initiatives.


Deliver accurate and timely quotes.


Develop and manage a pipeline of deals within TD SYNNEX's CRM system, ensuring regular updates and active closure of opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS


Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.


• A strong interest or curiosity in the IT sales landscape. Familiarity with the product range is a plus but not mandatory.


Proactive attitude and drive to excel in a sales environment.


• Understanding of sales methodologies.


Excellent telephone skills and effective communication abilities.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Skills in prioritization and planning.


• Commitment to achieving set targets.


Strong relationship-building capabilities.


Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.


• Ideal candidates will have prior experience with IT systems for quotations, order processing, and CRM.
