Customer Success Manager for Technical Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Technical Support team at Fiskaly. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance in using our cloud-based solutions for electronic receipts and invoices.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions from our customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve issues.
- Analyze and communicate specific technical requests from our customers, working closely with our Sales and Development Teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation materials, including guides, FAQs, and other resources, to support our customers' success.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and address customer pain points, driving continuous improvement in our support processes and solutions.
- Proven experience in technical support, customer support, or a related field, with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
- Native Italian language proficiency and full professional English language skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of customer issues, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success.
- Experience in designing and creating customer materials, such as guides, documentation, and other resources.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of 30k-49k/Year, depending on experience and qualifications.
