About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Fiskaly. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional technical support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries from customers
  • Analyze and communicate technical requests from customers to the Sales and Development Teams
  • Create documentation materials and guides to support customer success
  • Participate in technical kick-off calls and contribute to the development of our self-service solution
  • Develop and specialize in areas of interest and strength
Requirements
  • Technical background in customer support or technical support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Experience in designing materials and communicating complex information in an accessible way
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented
