About the Job: As a Global Account Manager for Material Handling, you will play a vital role in developing strong relations with key Original Equipment Manufacturers. Your primary responsibility will be to develop sales strategies that ensure attainment of company sales targets and profitability. You will also be responsible for providing timely and accurate pricing proposals, facilitating price negotiations, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned OE customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies for Global OE Customers to ensure attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
  • Provide timely and accurate pricing proposals to new and existing customers.
  • Facilitate all price negotiations between the company and customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned OE customers.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of products aligned with customer forecasts.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, economics, or business management.
  • 8+ years of sales experience in industrial, construction, or automotive markets and/or tire business markets.
  • Good knowledge of industrial, construction, and agricultural business.
  • Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
  • Ability to present professionally in front of large audiences.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Good communication skills, energetic, optimistic, and able to work well in high-pressure, result-oriented environments.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time, with international travel as required.
