Key Responsibilities:

As an Account Executive, your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to our accommodation partners, ensuring they have a seamless experience on Booking. Your main tasks will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners to drive business growth;
  • Providing proactive communication and support to partners, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner;
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to ensure our accommodation partner web pages are accurate and up-to-date;
  • Delivering training and guidance to our partners on how to effectively utilize our extranet and rates & availability system;
  • Conducting daily/weekly rate and availability checks on various platforms to ensure our partners are well-informed.

Required Skills:

To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our partners;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking;
  • Experience within the e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's dynamics and trends;
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • A strong sense of responsibility, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
