Il candidato supporterà il team di Customer Service Desk nelle seguenti attività di Back Office:

  • Gestione delle attività di supporto al cliente;
  • Gestione delle mail e delle comunicazioni;
  • Archiviazione dei contratti e delle informazioni;
  • Scanner delle attività e dei processi.

Competenze Richieste

  • Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicative;
  • Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio;
  • Curiosità e problem-solving;
  • Conoscenza dell'inglese scolastico.
